At Professional Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital design services. Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, we do not offer returns or exchanges once work has completed or a digital asset has been delivered.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

A project is canceled before any design or development work begins.

You are unsatisfied due to a failure to deliver agreed-upon services, and our support team has reviewed and approved your refund request.

A payment was made in error or duplicated.
To request a refund, please contact us at info@digitaldesignservicescr.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your full name, invoice or order number, and a detailed explanation of your concern.
Non-Refundable Services
Due to the custom nature of our offerings, we cannot issue refunds for:

Services that have already been started or delivered.

Completed projects or digital files provided to the client.

Change-of-mind or subjective dissatisfaction after approval or completion.

Domain registration, third-party app purchases, or any external service costs.
Project Revisions
We strive for client satisfaction and include a specific number of revisions as outlined in each service package. If you’re not satisfied with the result, we encourage you to reach out and use your included revision(s) before considering any cancellation.
Dispute Resolution
If you experience an issue, please reach out to our team first. We’re committed to finding a fair and reasonable resolution.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
As our services are digital and customized, the EU 14-day "cooling-off" period does not apply once the service has begun at your request. By placing an order and initiating the service, you waive this right in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
